Directions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with Ingredient A for 1 hour or overnight.
Step 2
Steam Ingredient B for 10 minutes. Strain the herbs and water into a bowl.
Step 3
Add Ingredient C into the herb sauce bowl.
Step 4
Pour the Herb Sauce into the chicken and into the bowl.
Step 5
Steam the chicken for 2 hours and it is ready to serve.
