Directions
Step 1
Steam the pumpkin until soft, mash it.
Step 2
Pour Ingredients A into the pan and simmer.
Step 3
Steam the scallops until cooked. Separately, blanch the broccoli.
Step 4
Heat up oil. Saute Ingredient C until fragrant. Add water and simmer until sauce thicken.
Step 5
Lastly, add on garnishes and serve.
