Running from 7 August 2026, Amara Singapore celebrates 40 years with Bites of Nostalgia High Tea MADE WITH MILO®, alongside commemorative stay packages and dining experiences. 

Celebrating 40 Years Through Singapore's Flavours 

Singapore, 07 August 2026 - As Singapore celebrates its 61st National Day, Amara Singapore marks 40 years of hospitality with a month-long campaign inspired by the flavours, traditions and shared memories that have shaped Singapore's culinary identity. The celebrations bring together limited-time dining experiences and a nostalgic stay package that pay tribute to the hotel's culinary legacy and local flavours. 

From its partnership with MILO® to heritage-inspired menus featuring signature dishes from Amara Singapore's archives and a weekend buffet celebrating Singapore's multicultural cuisine, the campaign honours the people, stories and traditions that have defined the past four decades. 

A Nostalgic Partnership with MILO® 

At the heart of the collaboration is Bites of Nostalgia, a limited-time high tea featuring familiar local flavours and sweet creations MADE WITH MILO®. Guests can choose Hor Ka Sai, a blend of coffee and MILO®, or Sai Ka Hor, which combines tea with MILO®. Savoury highlights include Hae Bee Hiam Kueh Pie Tee and Chilli Crab with Mantou, followed by desserts such as Sesame Peanut Rice Ball and Pancake with Condensed Milk & MADE WITH MILO® Sauce.

The Recharge & Rewind stay package includes Bites of Nostalgia High Tea for two, MILO® sachets and biscuits, nostalgic treats, two MILO® plushies, retro games and toys, and 20% off Best Available Rates across all room categories. 

Availability: 07 August 2026 to 13 September 2026. High tea pricing: $68++ for two persons and $21++ per child under 12 years old. 

Chef's Heritage Selections at Cafe Oriental 

Chef's Heritage Selections brings together signature dishes from Amara Singapore's culinary archives. Highlights include Grilled Vegetarian Satay, Nasi Ayam Goreng and Boiled Sliced Fish with Sichuan Pepper Sauce. The menu is available from 07 August 2026 to 31 August 2026. 

Flavours of Heritage Buffet Dinner at Element 

The weekend buffet features fresh seafood, local heritage dishes and signature recipes from Amara Singapore's culinary journey. It is available for dinner on selected dates from 07 August 2026 to 30 August 2026, priced at $40++ per adult and $30++ per child aged 6 to 12 years, with children under 6 dining free. 

A Toast to Singapore and 40 Years of Hospitality 

The Singapore Sling is reimagined in Classic, Effervescent and Presidente interpretations at Element, Cafe Oriental and Lobby Bar. The three interpretations are available until 31 August 2026.
