Reduced Sugar Coconut Water

Maggi® Concentrated Chicken Stock

Water

250 ml

Red Date

Wolfberry

Dried Scallop

Directions

Step 1

Bring coconut water and water to boil.

Step 2

Add in Maggi® Concentrated Chicken Stock. Stir well.

Step 3

Add red dates, wolfberries and dried scallops. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Enjoy the soup base with your favourite hotpot ingredients.
