Ingredients

Grouper Fish

Spring Onion

Ginger, sliced

Ginger Sauce

Cooking Oil

Garlic, minced

Spring Onion, chopped

MAGGI® Oyster Sauce

 

2 tbsp

Sauce

MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning

 

1 tbsp

MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock

 

0.5 tbsp

Water

 

0.5 cup

Rock Sugar

 

15 g

Garnishes

Coriander, chopped

 

1 stalk

Red chili, julienned

 

1 stalk

Spring Onion

Directions

Step 1

Chop the ginger and garlic until fine.

Step 2

Fry ginger and garlic until golden brown and pour MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, stir well.

Step 3

Add sliced spring onions and stir well until fragrant. Side aside.

Step 4

Add MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce, MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock, water and rock sugar. Simmer. Side aside.

Step 5

Place the ginger and spring onion under the fish. Steam the grouper fish for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.

Step 6

Pour the ginger sauce and sauce over the fish.

Step 7

Sprinkle the sliced spring onion, chili and coriander leaf as garnishes. Enjoy!
