Cooking Oil (for deep frying)

Corn Oil

Garlic
8 cloves
MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
180 g
MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
75 g
MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
75 g
Water
1 cup
Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp
Spring Onion, julienned
1 stalk
Red chili, julienned
1 stalk
Directions
Step 1
Marinate tiger prawn with corn flour and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce until well coated.
Step 2
Deep fry the prawns in hot oil and set aside.
Step 3
Heat wok, pour oil and stir fry chopped garlic until fragrant.
Step 4
Add in MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chili Sauce and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Stir well until the gravy becomes thick.
Step 5
Tossed prawn and stir prawn until coated. Garnish and ready to serve.
